Since I have a dance background, I love playing music while I do yoga at home. To me, music is part of my mindfulness practice and helps me stay in the present moment by getting really into the music. And it is also just plain FUN!
This playlist is one of my more diverse ones. Music during yoga may not be your thing and it might even be distracting from your practice- but that's OK! Music is what works for ME. It's not a rule that has to be followed.
Find what you "groove" to during your yoga practice- it could be a symphony, chanting, or silence, or any of the above.
