#IMperfect

The books for my yoga teacher training are trickling in from Amazon and each package gets me more and more excited. I chose this picture to show off some of the required reading but to also show a real life yogi!

*Note comfy Sunday sweats, laundry drying rack, and puppy!*

I see a lot of Instagram yogis sharing their picture-perfect lives and I think to myself that if I did that pose my face would not look that pretty. So I pledge right now to keep the pictures I share real and honest.

Not to try and be holier-than-thou and put down other yogis on social media (keep doing your thing! You go YOU!), but to show that anyBODY can do yoga and to help others became comfortable with their imperfect lives by sharing my imperfect life and showing that I am proud of it!
